Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Because some of our dresses are made to order or customized, additional preparation time may be required. Production time depends on the style and level of customization. If your order requires extra time, we’ll notify you by email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local courier services, or seasonal shipping demand.
Estimated total delivery time: 10–20 business days (processing + shipping).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
You can use this information to follow your shipment throughout the delivery process.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or carrier-related issues.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help locate your package and keep you informed throughout the process.
